This has been the most potentially dangerous day for me so far. I woke up at 3:45 am to do the salt water drink because I had to be somewhere (with limited restroom access) from 515-930. It worked out pretty well for me though.
After I got back I drove to Whole Foods and bought some organic lemons and more maple syrup. geez maple syrup is expensive.
Then I went to a meeting I was stuck in for an hour. They served everyone cheese and pepperoni pizza and the aroma enveloped the room. For an hour. Of course I had to be the one person not to eat it, but I just kept thinking how I’ll have plenty of time to eat stuff like that if I want to after the cleanse. And it made me feel good about my willpower.
Now I have the rest of the day free, so there shouldnt be any problems. Im actually feeling like I need another glass of this ‘lemonade’ so thats it for now…

There is currently a tray of chocolate chip covered brownies sitting across the room. whyyyyyyyyyy
Day three is going fine. Ive gotten used to the taste of the lemon juice/cayenne pepper/maple syrup drink so I dont have to force it down my throat anymore which is definitely nice.
I was surprised but I didnt feel cramping when I woke up this morning, so that was also nice. I think it might be because I didnt let the teabag steep for too long last night.

It’s going well so far. I woke up with a cramping feeling in my stomach this morning from the laxative tea, but it went away after the SWF.
I haven’t been hungry, but I definitely have been craving foods. Like everytime I have to walk through the kitchen and all I can think about is how I would LOVE a big bowl of honey nut cheerios. But Im not hungry, I just love how they taste.
My roomates think Im crazy, everytime I see them they ask how it’s going with this skeptical look on their face. Ive explained it as well as I can, but they’re not going to change their minds about it until I finish the ten days and can prove it’s good for your body and mind. All the more reason to stick it out…
