I weighed myself the other day after not weighing myself for a couple years. I knew I had gained some weight. I can see the change in my body. Old clothes don’t fit, etc. But never realized just how much I had gained. I stepped on the scale and it said 210. I was in shock. The scale was actually off, I weigh 204. Still shocking. I hope this is a wake up call. My goal is to lose 50 pounds in about 5 months. This will bring me to an ideal weight. Not light, but within what I should be for my height. I am trying to break down the goal, which is actually about 2.5 pounds per week. I think I can do it.
