I’ve had absolutely no cravings??? I think it’s because I’ve been focussing on exercise and diet….and enjoying it? I can do this:)
I’ve gone into full health kick mode, it’s helping to keep me focussed, exercise, diet, no bad habits. I’ve also been watching the ‘shayloss’ channel on youtube, I find shaycarl so motivational, love him. I’ve planned activities for this Friday night to get my attention onto other things, good things and away from stuff that’s rubbish for me.
