practice 60+ minutes of yoga a week (read all 6 entries…)
Finally! 18 months ago

I even beat the weekly email to post that I finally did 63 minutes of yoga in one week! I almost didn’t, because of unforseen travel situations, but I got that last 40 all in one shot thanks to my YogaZone dvd. :) I feel great and am very optomistic that I can keep this going!



Stop eating McDonalds (read all 3 entries…)

And when I was doing so well…

I managed to go to a diner at a time I would have previously gone to McDonalds (woo!), but broke down a few days later when all of the food in Hoboken looked gross (boo!).

I’m still trying, and that’s a good thing! I’ve gotten to the point where thinking of McDonalds is no longer an exciting thing, and can occasionally gross myself out before I eat too much of it.

Finally! 18 months ago

I meditated using Meditation Oasis’s guided meditation on trust today for ten minutes. I’m still not with a quiet mind, but I have only practiced occasionally on the bus and at work for glimpses of moments here and there. I feel refreshed and glad I am finally on track! :)
