There is an old freeware version of Risk on this website.
Its almost exactly like the board game, but it’s free. I was able to beat it after playing a few times. I hope this counts.

I think it was like 2 hours in total for me to get it with this page. Before that I tried like 6 hours with a list. I got no where with that.
