stop eating fast food

around New Years Eve ‘06 i started reading more about the effects of fast food (and their global corporations) on the body, the economy, and the environment. it stirred something in me. about a week or two later, i made the decision to completely stop consuming Wendy’s, McDonalds, Burger King, Taco Bell, KFC, etc.

after about a month or two i had absolutely no urge for fast food at all. in fact, the smell of fast food nauseated me and the sight of a McDonlads made me look the other way.
