How I did it: Doing anything every day seems daunting to me, for some reason. I've always hated swallowing pills, so the prospect of doing it every day of my life didn't seem to be worth it. How I did it: I went through a rough patch where everyone in my life was having troubles and I wanted to help all of them so much I could barely help myself. However, there generally wasn't much I could do for most of them, so instead of sitting around stressing out about it, I watched The Office.
