so i went up to about 10 and a half, have been sticking to my diet for 4 weeks and i currently weigh 9stone 10lb…had a bad week last week so need to improve.
26/04 = 10 stone 2lb
03/05 = 9 stone 13lb
09/05 = 9 stone 11lb
17/05 = 9 stone 10lb
but last week i had meal on sat, binged on monday, overate on wednesday, cheated on sunday and thursday, but i was good friday, cheated saturday, had chinease tonight…right, need to be better. need to be under 9 stone.
I want to be 9 stone and single figures by the time i go out.
