I think, I would just put all my hopes and dreams and affirmations, maybe with my email address, to see if anyone would get it….I’m going to do this soon!

How I did it: I donated all the clothes that didn't make me feel good, or that I hadn't worn in 9 months. Then I bought some staples (jeans, dresses, cardigans) and acessories! scarves, belts, etc. I now have a signature style that resonates with me, makes me feel good and gets me compliments. People think that my wardrobe is high maintenance because I wear dresses with boots and I don't wear sweats...but that makes no sense, it takes less time to… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I just incorporated a bunch of fruits and veggies into my diet by bringing them with me everywhere! I always have an orange or an apple in my purse. I have a fruit smoothie every morning and I eat fruit for dessert. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I drastically changed my diet, eliminating all the greasy foods I used to eat. I started eating a diet of primarily fruits, veggies and lean protein. I started my day off with a fruit smoothie, had a big salad for lunch, and either a salad or chicken/fish with veggies for lunch. I snack on a lot of fruit and nuts throughout the day. I also allowed myself to eat things if I had a craving. If I wanted fried chicken, I ate it. Just not a lot… Read how I did it…

I’m so much closer to my goal now! I’m now in my 3rd week of Traditional Chinese Medical school. I love it. From the moment I walked in, I knew this was where I was supposed to be. Hopefully the feeling will last through all of my exams… :)
I was having major, major breakouts earlier this month because I was eating a lot of my “trigger” foods (processed sugar, fast foods, peanuts) and not drinking as much water as I should. I waited until my face calmed down to start my new regimen…and I have to say it’s working really well! I swear by the Juice Beauty line (you can pick it up at Whole Foods, Sephora or the cheaper version juice organics at most drug stores). I first started using the blemish clearing serum and it is the most amazing thing, seriously. Then I got the cleanser, which I use twice daily. my regimen is:
Morning – Wash with juice beauty cleanser and apply serum, apply oil of olay spf 15 moisturizer
Evening – Wash with juice beauty cleanser and apply serum
twice a week I exfoliate with baking soda and lemon juice – this is amazing for softening and evening skin tone. I also use Cosmetic Warrior mask by LUSH cosmetics. love it! i’ve been taking weekly pics of my face to track progress.
