In my senior year in high school, I wrote a one-act play for a school assignment, entered it into a local contest… where it won. The Waiting Room (a short play on lobsters and the inevitability of death) was performed by an amazing youth company and the whole expirience was pretty amazing. I’ve written a second play and I’m working on a third- even if they’re never performed, or even read by anyone but the playwright, it’s such a good use of time.

I met him a few years at a DVD signing- he was every bit as witty, charming and amazing during the question and answer session as he is on stage. He signed way more random stuff then was supposed to be allowed, chatted with everyone (even if they cut the line) and definitely gave my mom some flirtacious eyes. It was great fun, definitely try to see him if he’s ever near you!
