1. that I got a chance to walk through the UW campus today; it’s really beautiful right now with the plants coming into bloom and the rain.

2. because it looks like I got another show.

3. for lotsa time off this week.

4. that so much of what I learned is turning out to be useful to share with my kids.

5. that I live in an area with so much theater stuff available.

1. for dreams that wake you up.

2. that Leila lives so close by and that she actually wants to be here while we’re going through this thing.

3. that Elise started on the Yellow Wallpaper.

4. hot showers.

5. the sound of rain pounding on the windows.

1. my loving daughters who gave me a sympathetic shoulder and a swift kick in the butt, both of which were needed and appreciated.

2. being able to find a community online that can help with my obstacle.

3. the fact that I learned so much at my last job; I guess everything has some kind of redeeming feature.

4. that we all made it through the last crisis ok.

5. electricity. blackouts suck.
