I’m 130.4 pounds today. Which is a little less than last time weighted. I didn’t do any exercise specifically.
1. I tried not to have any fast food. During the past week I only had Burger King once. All the other times, if I don’t have time to cook, I will bring bread for lunch. I found in Martins a whole grain bread very delicious :D
2. I stopped drinking soda. I didn’t even have one can of soda in these days. In stead, I drink water, milk and tea. I reduced my coffee from two cups a day to one cup a day in the morning.
3. When I’m walking, I will stand tall and draw my belly back. And try to imagine that I have a small size waist :D
I know this will work ‘cause some of my over weight was caused by bad habits. So by adjusting this, I’m able to lose some weight. But after a while, I will have to work out a little bit. Let’s see~

Next Tuesday, I will start my piano lesson in the summer. There will be 7 one-hour lessons. Hope I can improve myself a little bit :D

I found out I gained about 5kg last week, which is a surprise to me. I know I should pay attention to my weight now. My friends always think I’m thin but I know that not the truth. I hate the fat on my belly and my legs. I wanna be more solid.
Also, I’m a lazy person…which means I won’t spend hours in a gym or on a treadmill. My plan is to stay away from fast food. Eat more vegetables and less meat. Stop drinking soda, juice and all those sweet drinks. Drink more water during the day. I’ll work out a little bit in my dorm, most like some extension…I like the flexibility the dancers have. I know I can’t be like them ‘cause I didn’t start young. But I’ll work on it.
I was 133.2 lbs this afternoon. And 120 lbs is good for me though my goal is to be around 115 lbs.
