This is going to be the hardest one of all. I’ve tried in the past using all kinds of anti-smoking assistance, but, ultimately go right back. I enjoy it, I take comfort in smoking and as lousy as an excuse it is, been smoking for so many years it is part of who I am. Threats by an ex-husband and my own sons didn’t work. I wish I had never started, then, I wouldn’t have this on my list.

So far, have got it half completed. Have already had an interest expressed by a publisher, all I have to do is the get the ideas in my head into my computer and get the darn thing edited and sent. Those who have read the draft think I have a good book in the works. All being well, this will end up a series of books based on the three main characters. When I get published and start making some money, I hope to move to the south of France and spend the rest of my years writing. Also, in the first stage is a children’s book.
I suffer, unfortunately, from arthritis and fibromyalgia. There are days I really, really hurt, but as I know, walking is one of the best ways to help this condition. When I hurt, I don’t want to walk, but, I need to get over it and start doing exactly what the doctors tell me I need to do. Luckily for me, my two Chows are not overly active dogs, so I can miss a few walks here and there. But, even so, it’s a poor excuse.
