Back on the diet tomorrow!! Really dreading it actually as I’ve heard that the second time around it’s sooo much harder but I’ll give it everything I’ve got and hopefully be at around 110lb by Christmas 2008!!

How I did it: Lipotrim Total Food Replacement diet. It is a liquid diet that I have been on now for 12 weeks. I started with a BMI of 33.3 and now have a BMI of 24.9. I've lost a total of 48.7lb and I'm still going! I'm aiming for a BMI of about 20 so I have a buffer zone. Read how I did it…

I’ve been yanked off my diet by my doctor so I’m having a couple of weeks break and will be back on Lipotrim around the 12th October. Been on the refeed plan since Tuesday and have gained 1lb since then which is not too bad considering.
Roll on the 12th!! I can’t wait to get back into it again!!

EDIT – I’ve now been advised to stop my diet after having low blood pressure. I’m having a three week break and will be back on LT after my holiday.
