i love cooking! i just wish i was better at it (>_<’‘) i usually bake more than i cook, and when i do cook, i keep it pretty simple. i need to practice more so that others can enjoy my food too! (right now i’m afraid of letting other people try things i’ve made in case it tastes bad to them.) the only problem is i hate recipes that call for more than 10 ingredients; it’s such a hassle to buy and prepare everything! :P
I lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks, and it made me so happy! I could actually feel myself getting thinner, and I looked thinner too! I thought my stomach had shrunk and that I would never be able to eat a big meal again (because doing so made me so sick that I threw up.) Boy, was I wrong…
Gradually, I started to gain the weight back during the 4th and 5th week. By the 6th week, I was back to my normal chubby self. It was awful. I hate feeling all the fat that has reappeared. My arms and legs are flabby again. Ahhh!!! What do I do?
This setback is disheartening, but I will try again.
