How I did it: It all became easier once I realized, about a year ago, that if I were to get a tattoo, it would have to be text. I've always loved the way letters looked, and wanting it all lower case was somehow just a given. In other words, I've always wanted a tattoo but it took me awhile to realize what *kind* I wanted, and then it took a year or so after getting serious to realize *where* I wanted it. OK I’ll keep this short and sweet, I know most people want to lose weight.
I’m sick of being fat, really sick of not being as strong as I feel inside, and want to feel as attractive as I know I can be.
I’m tired of friends telling me I’m not fat, and I’m tired of my body not looking and feeling its best.
This is my senior year in college, and by this time, I promised myself, I would be way back to gorgeous. In fact, I’m only just know learning to let go of all the things that kept me stuck, but I want to keep the ball rolling, go for the gold, and yes -
lose weight.
