Hmm, I’ve actually been eating alot healthier, and more too! ;) I’m so proud of myself! It’s nice to be gone for a year or so and come back here, knowing that I did get things accomplished! :) The key is, to keep eating healthy and eating more, although now I don’t really need to eat more I think my metabolism is slowing down … Well, I think before I was mostly eating carbs I wasn’t eating things from all the food groups so I would tire easily after eating. Protein and moderated amounts of sat. fat really help if food tends to leave your system early like for me. Something that really spikes my mood up too is by eating vegetables and fruits. I also like to eat spicy as well I think spice is nice for food, like hot chilli peppers ;) yep.

How I did it: I had to wait a year, probably, lol, because usually I do it with my family. It was fun! I hadn't had an experience like that in awhile, and it was nice to be w/ the family and just hike together. Not to mention good exercise & views, and we hiked in a far trail where not a lot of people go in the mountains! :) Read how I did it…
How I did it: I work in a mall that seems to get many tourists. I think that is a good way to meet or see tourists, XD ahah. But I never expected or knew I would be able to meet such interesting people from places around the world =^^=About the how long it took me, I'm not really sure but I was probably working retail for about a year at maximum before I ran into who I thought was a very cute japanese guy XD lol (who I helped lol). I got to house sit for my sister who owns an electric piano. The first thing I did was go to her piano and pull out the beginner’s lesson books my niece was learning from. It was so much fun & challenging, and I admire my 10 yr old niece for knowing how to play piano because it is hardwork! :) They’re only beginner’s books, but even doing beginner is good enough for me! :) I can now read music charts when before I couldn’t even, so I’m just really proud of myself! :). Now, if only I can continue those lessons, if I can I’ll try to buy myself a piano lesson book to keep on playing ;). The piano is a very beautiful instrument! :)
I finished my book! I learned so much & did lots of reflection :-P Good Book, good read
