It’s so hard. I am very disappointed at myself but I can’t give up. This thing is destroying my life. I’ve can’t be handicapped by this anymore. The scars on my chest are permanent..it looks like a war zone. I have had ENOUGH. I may not be able to make the scars disappear but I can make it worse than it already is. And once I get rid of this addiction once and for all, I can go to a dermatologist and can scar removal treatment. It’s hard, it’s tedious, it’s exhausting and draining, but I’m getting up and starting over and trying AGAIN because I have to and because I’m worth it.

How I did it: It was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do but it has been so worth it. I was just straight up honest with him. I made a list of everything I could think of that he had done that upset/bothered me. I shared every single one with him and I could tell that he was sincerely sorry for the things he had done. Slowly but surely, I forgave him. Read how I did it…
I am doing pretty good on this one. Some thins I still need to work on though are consuming less, taking shorter showers, and wasting less electricity. I love our planet!
I’m just taking this one day at a time…it’s all I can do. I’m currently seeing a psychologist and together we came up with a plan so I can end this addiction. I am hopeful but it’s really hard sometimes. I’ve had this problem my whole life and it’s really affected my self-esteem which has in turn affected my relationships with people and a whole lot more. I haven’t picked at all today, which I’m proud of.
