way too much upkeep and no money to keep it up. Maybe if it was a house with no problems to start with it would’ve been different.

How I did it: First you get dirt poor. Then you have the transmission go out on your vehicle while living in a rural area. This absolutely forces you to cook at home. How I did it: I just took it in small steps. If it couldn't get to it, I didn't let it discourage me. The process itself is messy, but worth it once you get organized. After being organized, no more paper piles is the reward. Read how I did it…
I’ve lost 75lbs and it was a surprise. I was trying to get healthy, went to a ENT and Allergist. Found I had dairy allergy and got off dairy completely.
That’s when the pounds just started falling off!! Still are, but I’m so happy with the amount I’ve lost, I feel I can click “done” on this one.
already have used it to dry soup base items. have found I really like cooking the stuff down in my crockpot and then spreading it out to dry in sheet form.
have done, tomatillo and cilantro, and spinach, broccoli and green beans (ok that last one was weird)
want to use it to make crackers, bread and jerky
