How I did it: I never really dug exercising, but after my doc wrote me a prescription stating I needed to start, I figured I had to find something I liked. This is the key! If you torture yourself with some boring exercise, you'll never stick to it. I've found walking to be my source of joy, so speed-walk over an hour almost every day. Man o man, I’m such a coffee person, but tea is so much better for you! I’ve been drinking a cup of tea at night before bed, but it’s really hard to switch out my coffee for it throughout the day. With time!!
