OK OK, I know I promised myself to read through the official curriculum. But it’s so long-winded! I think it’s better to grasp the general idea through Schweser first AND THEN go through the actual curriculum :)

I missed quite a number of days (3) here. Will do better in the next batch :-)
Day 11: Day 3 of hundredpushups: 15 13 10 10 20
Day 10: didn’t do anything
Day 9: Day 2 of hundredpushups: 12 12 10 10 15
Day 8: meetings till late at night. Didn’t do anything

Day 4-5: Working late, didn’t do anything.
Day 3: 100 squats!
Day 2: 100 crunches!
Day 1: Came home real tired. Came up with a bunch of justifications on why I shouldn’t exercise.
In the end, I just dropped on my two fists and started pumping 100 pushups.
Therefore I started with Day 1. (It feels good by the way! I feel fresher too now!)
WHOAH. Finished this 60-day trial program!
Day 60: 25 10 25 15 20 10 pushups.
I think I missed a few days in between. But I’m happy because I think I’ve managed to install the habit of exercising. What next? Why, the 90-Day Trial Program of course :-)
But you know what? I won’t record anything till the weekend. I’ll start the 90-Day trial program next week. For now, I’m gonna take some days off.
