How I did it
How I did it: I kept a consistent workout regiment, and benched a few pounds more every week. Although, I would wish to have achieved this earlier, but to be realistic, it also involves good eating habits and a discipline of mental positive reinforcement that eventually you will achieve it. No one has super powers, so it's a long-term goal where you build towards the end result. Patience plays a big role. Read how I did it…
