I think it is a great idea. There are so many great little prizes in scrapbooking. Even a low price limit would allow for great fun. It might help us all break out of using the same techniques we already know. :)
I had such a fantastic time in July of 2005 taking a road trip with my father for 16 days. I really love being out there, seeing new places. Even daytrips can feed the need.
