3 weeks of working out 5+ days a week in a row – another couple months I’ll put a check next to this box. The key is to bet a friend and keep the financial pain going along side the physical one if you miss any workouts!

First class in jujitsu done… that wasn’t so bad. Seems like a loong rode to a black belt, but I guess every journey begins with a swift kick in the butt.
I’ve made a bet with my friend – 5 workouts per week, and you pay $10 for each missed workout (settled at the end of the week); if we both miss we pay the money to a “3rd party” (so it won’t cancel out and then we would both end up lazy). We did this before successfully for a year but now it’s time to start the bet again and not stop! It works really really well :-)
