Very Worth It
Ive been working out 3-5 times a week for the past 2.5 years and it has made a drastic change in my life. I sleep better, am less stressed, look better, and 1000% better physically and mentally. It is hard to get started in a routine if you are not used to it but once you get past the first 2 weeks it becomes just something you do. I will never go back to the way I was before, life is so much better now.
Not worth it.

I do it every day for work and it SUCKS. I enjoy being up early but I also staying up kinda late so I am always tired. If I could wake up at maybe 6 instead it would be so much better.
