New rule 2 months ago

Until 11/30, I am no longer using contractions. It will make a really bad novel even worse, but I need every word I can get right now.

November 21 = 16K words = 9 days of hellish writing ahead.

The gym 3 months ago

Going just about every day and added a weight routine. I routinely have people telling me I look good, and I haven’t lost weight. I think I just look healthier.

1. I saw a couple for the first time today, and they came in with almost no hope for their marriage. At the end of the session, after a lot of hard work, she reached over and took his hand and their eyes filled with tears. I’m grateful to witness moments like this.

2. Subway sandwiches :)

3. The gym, as usual.

4. Coming up with a better plot idea and characters for my novel.

5. My friend-colleagues.
