I’ve been cooking DAILY for my husband and I, and he is one tough critic. I can proudly say I’ve figured out most dishes by myself, with the exception of a few I learned while living in Mexico. Not every dish is perfect, but the more I make it…the better it gets ;)
Finished “Till We Have Faces” by C.S. Lewis. It was a great re-telling of Cupid and Psyche. I recommend it to anyone who enjoys a great read, but something that is not too heavy.
