So I’ve lost tons of weight with raw already, but I would like to see if I can lose 30 lbs in 30 days. So I’m already doing raw and dont plan to change my diet cause I like it. I do plan on exercising an hour daily and we’ll see if I lose 30 in 30. Stats so far.

Plan to be 170 by …let’s see… it would be 4/12.
Okay, so I’ll be posting menu, exercise and progress on this board for the next month.
Menu for tomorrow:
Breakfast:
Green Smoothie (banana, collard greens, spirulina, apples, apple juice, water) – luv this, it’s yum.
Lunch:
Smoothie
carrot juice, carrots, banana, ginger, almond milk, cinnamon, touch of agave, nutmeg, vanilla
Dinner:
huge Spinach salad w/ marinated mushrooms, sprinkle of black olives, tomato, sweet peppers and homemade tomato salad dressing
(I’ll plug this into fit day and check but I know this should be about or more than 1000 cals and if not I’ll eat more and if too much, which I kinda suspect with the olives, I’ll omit the olives for another day. My goal is 1000 – 1200 cals and most days under 25% fat for the day (i’m human, i’ll want more fat some days):)
