I was going jogging 2-3 times a week, but then winter came and i just felt less motivated to go out in the dark and cold. so i slowly stopped going. I would like to start again because it will help me with my other goal to beat depression and I will feel healthier.
I wrote my plan down:
15 mins x 3 per week
I will time myself
Then build from there!
It’s going well, just made the effort to go to the library. I have discovered some great reads- Alexei Sayle & Banana Yoshimoto are some authors I’ve really liked. Trying to read at least 1 book a week. I’m really enjoying this new “read, read, read” attitude, opens up your mind and your vocabulary.
now its hayfever season. i need a general check up too. why cant i just do it?
i need some cajones!
