I’ve joined forces with two friends and though I grinch a lot about how they can’t/ don’t understand the time constraints I am under as a nursing student and a new mother I realize mostly it is just my withdrawl reaction asserting itself. I plan to text everyday with my day’s acheivements towards my exercise totals and workout with them at least once (preferably twice if time permits) a week. I hope to take this all the way this time and never look back.
