The 5 month challenge

I just made a dinner wager with a friend – on July 3rd we will have a contest – 150 situps, 10 pullups and a 3 mile run in 21 minutes…...The situps will be no problem, the pullups will be difficult to lift my 200lbs 10times, and the running will be harder still….I have a ways to go, as i am running about a 10 minute mile right now.
