What is this about 7 months ago

There are a lot of small things that when carried out at the right time helps a person to achieve his dream objective. I have simply translated my goal and i hope when i read this i will be reminded of my goal and what i want in life. My forgetfulness about myself is the most common trap i have fallen into (and that to not once but many times over and over again). I am determined not to forget that I can and I will reach the desired objective. I will reach to my goal. I will no forget what i am here for. I know i can and i will.

You fritter and waste the hours in an off hand way

exercise daily
First step is the most difficult one 7 months ago

Today I have started with the following exercises:
1. 10 push up’s
2. 10 sit up’s
3. 10 crunches
I plan to go on a two miles walk in the evening and will repeat the above exercise in evening.
My target is to reach 10 sets of each of the exercises mentioned above and increase the list of exercises from 3 to 10 in 6 months. Also, I target a weight loss of 6 Kgs in 6 months.
