How I did it: i just started a journal. its something i have done many times in my life but never kept going for more than a couple entries. i just had to force myself to keep writing entries, and now i have a notebook almost full! ive never even been close to that before. its helped me not only become a better writer, but my thoughts are much clearer and im feeling a lot less anxiety. How I did it: i just got to a point where i was analyzing what i was really watching, and i couldn't take it any more. ill still watch twice a week or so to see new episodes of my favorite shows, but other than that I keep it off. i've discovered that i have so much more time now! i think i’ve been drinking water a lot more, but i definitely haven’t been drinking soda! i just dont like to anymore. the sugar makes me feel yucky and sluggish. yay for healthy food! haha.
