well the 13 kgs I lost have almost come creeping back up!
well not all of them but about 6 of them, dam it!!!
I have been eating large portions again and not doing anything all day (dam internet)
I have however been walking for at least 1 hour at night, I do this about 3-5 nights in the week, makes me feel good
Need to cut the eating in half and excerise more, I want to be healthy and happy again, not a fat misrable beast that I am right now….

its easier for me to keep track of my weight loss if I write things down so im going to try and write things here and in my book.
Need to:
walk for at least 30mins everyday
eat more vegetables
drink at least 3litres of water everyday
limit alcohol
eat more fibre
eat smaller meals
weigh myself once a week
get a job that involves moving
get happy
snack on healthy foods
cook with more spices and flavours
think of what I will do when I reach my goal weight
think of island holiday when not so fat
I have just turned 25 and no longer want to hide from cameras and I am so sick of wearing crappy clothes that are too big for me!
So….....I have at least 17 more kgs to loose then I will be healthier/happier and will look way better, I may gain new confidence and find someone special. Taking things slow
