In two years I have accomplished nada on this goal…sad! :( I worked out a bit for the wedding I was in & the result were good, nothing amazing. I lost a few pounds and within a couple of months, the weight crept back on. I need to get back on the wagon! I am in a wedding this coming July and I have to rock a short little cocktail dress. (!)

How I did it: I used the a recipe from the "Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day" book for a simple, no knead dough and I mixed it up. It took 3 1/2 hours to rise & collapse, and then I stuck it in the fridge overnight. The next morning I baked it and it was yummy! Soooo easy. My husband had half the loaf eaten by the time I got home from work that night. I might make pizza tonight with the leftover dough. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I nipped a potential life-wrecking habit in the bud, and I feel much better. I only have a little wine on Saturday nights and it's working out great. I don't need it to relax anymore! I stopped using it as a reward to myself for a hard day's work because I work hard every day! Read how I did it…
Still too cold to do this one…the snow is not cleared on the sidewalk I would be using and there is still a large area torn up from summer road construction when they were replacing underground water pipes. Hopefully by early spring it will be fixed & I can start walking again.
Just when I was rethinking this goal because it seems like my hair hasn’t grown at all the past few months, a coworker who had been on leave for a mere month came back to work today and said to me “Your hair looks longer” So, even though it’s driving me crazy & I want to chop it all off, I’m not going to.
