I feel so much better today, so much so that I ventured out of the house; only to the cornorshop though. I’m not doing any exercise though cos I still feel weak. Today I managed to eat more:
B: Bowl of cornflakes with soya milk and a glass of orange juice.
L: Bowl of wholemeal pasta with tomato sauce and salmon flakes.
D: To be decided…
When I went the shop though my friend who works there said hiya you ok? your mum told me you were ill. I said I had been but I feel better and she said OMG, You’ve lost weight and she’s right, my jeans are falling off me and they’re a size 10. I just want to tone up not lose loads. I’m gonna have a big (healthy) dinner.
