How I did it
How I did it: i made myself rt a very busy girl, so i only ate when i was hungry, exercising 4 times a week doesn't hurt either.stopped drinking pop and buying foods from my school canteen (tooo convenient) :P packing my own lunch helped me keep track of what i was eating and saved me some cash... also.. no going to bed on an empty stomache, and when you have dessert, i had it WITH my meal (something about helping it digest better :)) Read how I did it…
