So I went to a new automobile place to get my oil changed. The manager introduced himself and wanted to know when I had certain services performed on my car. Of course, I have no idea.
I have a spreadsheet in my franklin covey planner that helps me keep up with what services I have had performed on the car. So, all I have to do is collect records, and input, and I’m done! I’ll know exactly when a service was performed and where.

When I had to move suddenly I ended up completing applications of previous addresses and dates. I have a resume with work history, but could not tell you where I have lived and when.
I thought it would be great to have a personal “resume” to keep on hand for reasons such as this.

I thought it would be great to have all my health records, doctor information, lab results, in one place. It will make visiting doctors easier and will help me see progress in reaching health goals.
