Honestly, I just watched a lot of internet tutorials, sat there for a few hours with a crochet needle and some yarn, and I eventually got it. I’ve tried showing several friends how to do it, and although they catch on, they don’t have the patience to stick with it :p It’s definitely something I enjoy doing when I’m bored.

How I did it: I simply ate healthy and played A LOT of dance dance revolution. I eliminated soda and random snacking from my life. Toward the latter part of my experience, i stopped eating red meat, and limited all others. It a struggle at first, but once you get use to it, it's really quite simple. Read how I did it…
It basically took me six months to finally go through with it. Ever since I turned eighteen, I swore I was going to get my hood pierced, and I even planned it out a few times only to fall short and not go through with it. It took a friend dragging me with him to get his septum pierced and another friend basically begging me to do it to finally get it done. It was a very rewarding experience, VERY [; Doesn’t hurt, heals in about a week, and feels fantastic. do it!
