This kind of ties in with one of my new goals, “see all the wonders of the world.”

So there’s this online voting thing to determine which are the new seven wonders of the world (http://www.new7wonders.com/). They’ve narrowed the list down to 21. It’d be cool to see all of them in one lifetime:

The Pyramid at Chichen Itza (Yucatan Peninsula, Mexico)
Christ Redeemer (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil)
The Roman Colosseum (Rome, Italy) – SEEN IT!:)
Statues of Easter Island (Easter Island, Chile)
The Eiffel Tower (Paris, France) – SEEN IT!:)
Great Wall of China (China)
Hagia Sophia (Istanbul, Turkey)
Kiyomizu Temple (Kyoto, Japan)
The Kremlin and Red Square (Moscow, Russia)
Machu Picchu (Peru)
Neuschwanstein Castle (Schwangau, Germany)
Petra (Jordan)
The Pyramids of Giza (Egypt)
The Statue of Liberty (New York, USA) – SEEN IT!:)
Stonehenge (Amesbury, UK) – We wanted to see it but our “tour guide” didn’t feel like going all the way there from London! Sigh.

So, out of 21, I’ve only been to three places. Hmmm. Gotta get crackin’!

So I finished my class, and I learned the basics, but the most important thing I learned is to practice, practice, practice! Can’t wait to get my own little kitchen so I could experiment all I want!
