I have been doing pretty well with this goal over the last 3 weeks. I think it’s because i see going to the gym as a fun activity. my advice would be it’s better to go and not have the best workout than to not go at all… so keep that in mind if you don’t feel like going. Starting to see results now

How I did it
How I did it: I bought an Inexpensive Honer harmonica. I knew Honer was a good brand and it proved to be a great beginners harp. I then watched video's on you tube and read up on the internet. I then practiced alot of the drills, such as shuffles. These make it easier to play and also help in breaking in a new harmonica. Well i have a haircut now, it’s a little on the short side and not quite perfect but it’s a start. I’ve also sent my C.V off to a few jobs that I’m really keen for and applied for some in the store.

Went to the gym again, already starting to see definition and my muscles are definately aching so that is a sign that im using them
