How I did it: I have been afraid of monkeys since I saw "The Wizard of Oz" - I actually think it was "Return to Oz" that put me over the edge (you know, when the monkey's have rolling wheel hands and they scream and chase Dorothy). So, I finally decided to conquer my fear and booked an excursion to Gumbalimba Park in Honduras during my cruise to the Western Caribbean. Read how I did it…

How I did it: I started drinking Poland Springs sparkling lime water.... All that is in it is carbonation and lime so it's the same as drinking "regular" water but I love the taste. Read the Hunger Games so I can go see the movie when it comes out…
It was an easy read – since it is a “young adult” novel, the reading level was easy and the story was fast paced and riveting! It is like a cross between The Giver, Harry Potter, and Twilight.
I am excited to see the movie because from what I’ve seen in the preview, it looks very similar to the book. Catching Fire is definitely on my list of future reads as well!
February 24, 2011 – I am going to a nature preserve in Honduras so I will finally face my monkey fear and hug one! Very nervous but excited to conquer this!
