I finally tried this for a couple of weeks, and it not worth it. My body would feel lethargic, my heart felt weird all morning. I can say that I your body is not as tired as sleeping less hours, but when you come to see, you did cut a much of hours from your day. With so much to do lately I am wasting to much time resting if I go to sleep early.
The problem was, that even I was sleeping earlier around (9-10pm), my body would not wake up until 6am, so I had less hours in the real work day to do stuff and felt guilty because of the things I still have to do.
