How I did it: Signed up at the American Red Cross website. Paid $60. Showed up at the Red Cross building on a Saturday morning. Paid attention to the instructor. If I'm ever in an emergency situation where the life of my husband or daughter are at stake, this training will enable me to focus on doing something to save him/her rather than freaking out.Same with a sranger in need of help.
