How I did it: I try to have some sort of fruit each morning. Mix it up and make it interesting. Try fruit smoothies, fruit and nuts (apples or bananas are great with walnuts), or a homemade trail mix with dried fruit and nuts. Cut up fresh fruit the night before for a morning fruit salad or toss blueberries or strawberries and coconut in some fruit yogurt.
