January Bootcamp 2013: Reinvigorate and Reinvent!
Focusing In On Myself

Reinventing Myself: My goal this year is to lose 47 lbs. Adding Pilates to my weekly routine 3-4 times a week. Adding new clothes that actually fit my personality, not just buying clothes that fit. I am streamlining my home life, goals, and work life to be more in line with the “me” I want to be. Reinventing my relationship with food and money. Finally letting my words and actions truly represent who I am. Generally, I want to be more authentic to myself.

Reinvigorate: Shake up and refresh myself inside & out. Take the best care of my hair, skin and health. Exercise and be active. My old passions will come to the front. My relationships with my spouse, family and friends (old & new) are enlivened. Turn my house into a home by trusting my instincts and fully representing myself in my home.

buy a fridge
Long Awaited

Our fridge and freezer light bulbs went out last summer or so. Replaced bulbs still not working. Ok so we just have no light. We got used to it. Then last November I noticed the oj was a little warm. The freezer stopped defrosting which made the whole thing not work. Every few days my husband would defrost the freezer. Not so bad, but we could not keep dairy long, didn’t trust mayo based items, could not stock up on frozen food, etc. I tried saving up for a new one. I wanted stainless of course. Well trying to save since last November, finally decided to get one using credit (which I hate), but our electric bill went up $100 and it is not even summer yet. So we made the decision to get a fridge fast. We found a great $2000 one at Sears marked to $1000 because of 2 small nicks in the paint on the side. The saleslady fixed it up and it is not even noticeable. We love it. We can see our food and I can buy foods I could not buy for so long!

Make a vision board!
Helped me to focus

I feel more clear about my goals and have achieved many of them since creating it. If I’m having a bad day, one look brings a smile to my face and reminds me what I need to be working toward.
