Lots of fun, and only half as hard as I expected! I actually made it around the whole rink like 10 times and never fell. There was a close call, but that was only because of some little girl who wasn’t watching where she went and caught me by surprise. I can’t turn or jump or do anything worth watching, but I never thought I’d even be able to stand without holding the rail or I’d land on my back and I actually made it around the whole rink like 10 times and never fell!!!
Great fun! Even if you think you’re a clutz and you’re scared, you must try this, you will feel so glad when you see how easy it really is!

This is totally worth doing if you’ve been artsy since as long as you can remember. You have to completely love creating and envisioning or else the other “work stuff” will wear you out.
I say, don’t believe anyone who tells you that such-and-such a program is hard to learn. Its not if you decide that you’re going to learn it. I read in a book that Photoshop was sooo hard to learn, the book all but made it seem like even reading it was of no use! But I said to myself, hogwash!
Well, no I didn’t actually think that, but I did teach myself to use photoshop, and wow, it does sooo much, its a real blast! the key is to regard all this as fun, not work, and you’ll be on your way!
I actually just finished my degree online at AIU, but I had started with community college so that helped me get through the accelerated stuff. That’s what i’m doing now, at least until I start a family, then hopefully it will be kiddie time :)
I tried to do this once and they turned me away cause it turned out I didn’t have enough iron. come to think of it, that may happen again. I’m often cold when no one else seems to be. I’d better but some iron vitamins for a bit before I try this again.
