really helped me learn to respect how much time it takes to do things. .... before I used to even resent the time it took to tie my shoelaces cause i couldnt do anything else at the same time. now I accept that things take time and I acknowledge that mundane tasks are not me “wasting my life”. I invite and appreciate each moment more. yoga made me acknowledge each moment and be grateful for it.
