I ran five miles today, and haven’t touched any junk food in 4 days. I feel like I did overeat a little today, but I know that I can do this! I am going to do this and I am going to run a 5k in 20 minutes this cross country season – this is just so important to me. After I take my online quiz tonight, I am going to tackle my goal of no computer for two weeks (until May 13th) and then I will get on and leave another entry. I am GOING to be down to 140 by then.. that’s my promise to all of you! I’ll message back the results in two weeks! ♥ stay happy, think positive ;)

...the scariest thing ever. I’ve committed. I’ve put it out in the open that this is something I truly want to do. And I’m not kidding when I say it would change my life. I just need to start BELIEVING in myself. I know I have the potential, just 2 years ago I was 30 seconds away from hitting 20:00 flat. The question is, how do I get past that barrier? How do I believe that it’s not too late?
