I can hit a 7 minute mile on the track. My interval times for 800s could put me at a 6, but I can’t do the full 1600 yet.

Too bad the Padres keep losing.

The game we saw they won. But how can you be in first place and be under .500? That’s not right. Anyway, the park is great. It fits perfectly in downtown. From a standalone perspective, I wouldn’t consider it the best park I’ve been in, but because it’s the Padres and it’s San Diego, it’s my favorite.

I run track on Tuesdays. I run long runs on the weekends. I do just under 40 miles on a long week and around 20 miles on the short weeks. I know what’s in Hammer Gel (long-chain maltodextrin in case you were curious. I know different running trails around the area. I clock negative splits on intervals (never thought I’d say that. ever). I run in the mornings, in the evenings, in the sun, and in the rain.
