Only been a couple of weeks of training so far, but already managed to push myself quite far. Should be able to do a half marathon soon, although i really need to get some proper running shoes as my feet begin to feel it after the first hour of running.

How I did it: I did the lessons, followed by the test, got excited but didn't want to rush into anything, realised months later that i should get one before i completely forget how to ride, looked for a cheap 2nd hand bike, instead bought a brand new one, drove it home scared out my mind because i could barely remember everything and kept stalling it. How I did it: Actually same story for my skydive, i was touring New Zealand and had the time and the money to just let loose and do all the things i wanted to. I looked for the place online first, but all i had to do was turn up and jump. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I was road tripping round new zealand, and i thought why not. It had been one of the things i'd always wanted to do and when i found myself in queenstown one of the best towns in the world for outdoor & adventure activities i just went for it. Read how I did it…

I think a lot of people do this cycle each year for charity, i had a look at a few charities i’d like to raise money for and i just need to contact them and organise it. If i get off my butt i should be able to do it this year. perhaps i should get together with others with the same goal and we could cycle it at the same time.
Finally got all the Spanish linguaphone CD’s converted and uploaded onto my ipod, thats probably most of the hard work over. Now i just need to give it time, fingers crossed my linguistic skill are not completely inept!
